It is a legal requirement that persons buying fireworks or any type of explosive are over the age of 18. By completing your purchase on this website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are declaring that you are over the age of 18.
Payment
When placing an order online the full payment must be made online. Payments will be taken by SX Fireworks and for credit card payments, will show up on your statement as SX Fireworks – Paypal.
We accept payment via Paypal online.
All prices on our website include VAT and are in pounds sterling.

Faulty Goods
All of our fireworks leave us in condition fit for the purpose for which they are intended. To further validate this we ask all our customers to check and sign for their consignment upon receipt. If you receive any of your fireworks in a noticeably faulty condition you should deny delivery. On the off chance of this happening we will arrange a replacement/ refund within 7 days.
Liability for faulty goods will not be accepted where products have not been used in accordance with the instructions.
Canceling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order up to 5 days following the receipt of your order, by contacting us via the following method:

All items must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging and outer carton, with all of the original components intact and in a dry condition.
Fireworks should not be left with anyone under 18, someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign when the item(s) are collected. We will not accept responsibility for items that have been left outside to get wet, damaged or stolen.
Refund Policy
Where a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the sum will be paid in pounds sterling and refunded to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods. All carriage costs are non-refundable, including collection of returned goods.
Insurance
SX Fireworks are not liable for the use or misuse of any products we sell. Neither any losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.
Re-Delivery Charge
All deliveries must be signed for by an adult or collected by an adult (at least 18 years old). If you miss a delivery or a delivery cannot be made due to an age inappropriate person receiving the fireworks a re-delivery charge of £15 may apply.
